We specialize in high-quality, affordable dentures. A denture is often referred to as an “oral appliance” and is a removable piece that is inserted into the mouth, replacing missing teeth. Dentures are designed to support your lips and cheeks as well as to replace any lost tissue in the mouth. Dr. Jessica Gorelik has extensive experience with dentures and implements the very latest advancements in denture technology, delivering our patients the highest quality, tightest fitting dentures available! All dentures are fabricated to complement each patient’s age, facial structure and complexion.

Complete Dentures

A complete denture is a complete set of teeth designed to fit the upper (maxillary) or lower (mandibular) jaw and is designed for patients who don’t have any teeth of their own. The process is simple and will require a few visits to our office. At your first visit, we use a fitted tray and take an alginate impression that is converted into a stone model. This model is then sent to our team of denture specialists, who will make a more precise tray that we use to take a more accurate impression with at your second visit. For this step, we use a material called Impregum™, which is the highest quality impression material available to dentists. Unlike the less expensive silicone alternatives many dentists will use, Impregum is made of polyether, which is a moisture-harmonizing material that ensures that the highest quality, most detailed models of your mouth are taken. These Impregum models are then returned to our denture specialists who will fabricate a temporary try-in denture. At your third visit, we use this wax model as a guideline, taking precise measurements of your mouth to define all of the margins as well as select the size, shape and color of teeth to complement your features. At the fourth and final visit, we try in a final model and make any necessary adjustments to ensure maximum comfort and aesthetics. The result is a complete, natural-looking set of teeth!

Removable Partial Dentures

Removable partial dentures are a cost-effective alternative to a dental bridge or implant when one or more teeth are missing. A partial denture is similar to a bridge and is attached to the teeth surrounding the missing tooth or teeth. Similar to a dental bridge or implant, a partial denture is critical when teeth are missing. The partial denture will not only prevent the other teeth from shifting but will also preserve the patient’s facial structure. At our office, we use both metal and Valplast® dentures depending upon your unique situation. Metal dentures provide us with greater flexibility and durability. Metal partial dentures can support additional teeth at a later date should the patient lose another tooth. A Valplast denture, on the other hand, is a lighter, more comfortable prosthetic appliance. While Valplast dentures cannot support additional teeth, they provide optimal aesthetics and are ideal for replacing front teeth.

For your convenience, we offer both conventional and immediate dentures. Most denture repairs can be made while you wait!
